Enjoy fun days playing at the beach and in the waves of the Gulf at this seventh-floor condo at The Inn at Summerwind. When you're not spending time on the miles of beaches head inside to cool off and relax in the living room. With a full kitchen cooking up any meal is a breeze. The Inn at Summerwind is one of three buildings in the Summerwind Resorts complex, located directly on the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and conveniently located in close proximity to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier.
On-site, enjoy the multiple community pools (one heated seasonally) and hot tub along with a sun deck and outdoor showers. There is also a gulf-front fitness center. The Inn at Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida.

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.
Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

The View was breathtaking and the bed slept very good. The TV was very good. The furniture wasn't very comfortable to sit. Two recliners wouldn't recline and very old. The bathtub/shower was very slick, nothing to hold on to.

The view was gorgeous. The condo was fairly clean. The blankets were flimsy but the beds were comfortable. The process of getting the required wristbands was a little tedious and slightly confusing while also trying to get excited children into the condo for the weekend but I get it. The front door was difficult to open The condo smelled of old cigarette smoke. The front load washing machine stunk to high heaven!!! Please address this. There was Sand in the two twin beds.

This property was right on the waterfront and is an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all except the previous tenants did not take out the trash. Beach chairs were not included with the rental, but it was very easy to get chairs rented. I definitely recommend the stay

The listing was exactly as described on the listing. Clean, comfortable and spectacular views. The initial code for the keyless entry gave us some hiccups upon arrival, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful and exactly as described my only complaint it the security following you around asking for your bracelet. I have stayed on almost every condo and rental on that strip over the years and this is the first time I ever felt like I was being watched and followed. People are not thinking about a bracelet on vacay and no one has ever asked me to do this before.

Would have been great if......
When we arrived, there were numerous signs stating that we would be towed if we didn't have a parking pass displayed on our dash. Luckily, we stumbled on the lobby which was one floor up from the parking lot, and they said it would probably be in our unit. And it was. Upon getting settled after a 7 hour drive, we discovered that we had no internet on our phones and notepad. None of the listed IDs and Passwords worked. We called Vacasa, but the text reply didn't come until the next day....when at last, the issue was fixed. The owner didn't trust us enough to enjoy the 2 recliners, because they weren't plugged in. The TV was a confusion of 2 remotes and no instructions. We ending up with a very loud voice that announced every command we input on the remote and no way to remove it. All we wanted was a very quiet, peaceful few days on the beach, which we did enjoy, until it was time to check out. Not only did the owner instruct us to dispose of the trash and start the dishwasher, but we were required to strip all 3 beds even if we did not use them, and start a load of towels in the washer. Y'know, if I wanted to do housework, I would have stayed at home. I mean, what is the cleaning fee for anyway? I did half of it for you. It seems like every time I book a Vrbo, or Vacasa, or other commercial vacation home, they tack on one more cleaning duty that I have to do. I'm sorry but, it was a very nice condo, with a lovely view, but not much of a stress-free get-away.
