The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... „Sound travels easily in the house so it can be noisy at times. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay. A short and very scenic walk to the plaza which has tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and spas. The owner Jorge and his staff took excellent care of us. “

„This is a great place to relax and get acclimated to the high altitudes before going to Machupichuu or returning to Cusco. We stayed here for a night. The food at the restaurant is not local peruvian cuisine, but is not something to miss bcause it was really delicious. They also have a bar where you can order some nice cocktails. We had a short but wonderful stay here.“

Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, Restaurant und Frühstück angesichts des Preisniveaus mittelmäßig. Der Servive und das Verhalten des Personals, insbesonders der Rezeption und des Zimmetserbices absolut inakzeptabel und unverschämt. Das koloniale Design mit Flair, das Cafe am Gleis, das Restaurant am Abend und der Garten geben das Gefühl, ein Film wird gedreht! Natürlich ist das Zimmer Kalt und das Zentrum fast 1km weit entfernt aber who cares? 3 Minuten im Tuk Tuk und Ihr seid da. Sie werden praktisch im Bahnhof sein, auf dem Weg nach Machu Picchu kann die Übernachtung da super sein. Unbedingt buchen!"
