„Clean rooms. Friendly host“

„I discovered fleas or some type of small, flying insects in and on the bed linens after feeling itchy when I tried to fall asleep. Since I couldn’t sleep with bugs, my friend and I had to pack up very late in the evening and go elsewhere. The hosts came to the apartment before we left and tried first to say we must have opened a window and let in the bugs. Then they said it was just nature. We said sorry, but we can’t sleep with bugs. „Host was very attentive making sure everything was going well, apartment was great would definitely stay again “

„Good stay. Great experience“

„This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc“

„Felt like coming home. Moved out of state 20 yrs ago. “

„Great apartment. Clean, quiet and in a great walkable neighborhood. It was a bit pricey but we knew that going in.“

„The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.“

„The house was exactly like described in the ad, it was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, nicely furnished even the kitchen accessories, although we did not use much because our stay was short and was not at the house all that much. Only concern i had was with host but it really was not a big deal, i asked a couple questions about a few items but never got an answer. But overall would rent again, very satisfied and well priced. “

„Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!“

„Clean & comfortable, in an architecturally unique setting. Great proximity to a variety of downtown shops & restaurants - check out Center Street Brewing Co. for some excellent beer.“

„Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!“

„This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places“

„The pictures must have been old. Very deceiving. Expected it to be more spacious. Hard to get in and out because of the busy road“
