„The hotel is very nice. It is newly built. Rooms are friendly and have a light atmosphere. The breakfast was fine. The only downside was some debris (plus a small frog) in the pool during our stay. However, this might be a temporary occurrence as overall the service and cleanliness were just fine.“

„this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. „We loved our stay here! We visited the area for an annual "River Run". The house was clean and right across the street from the boat ramp. „The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our truck, trailer, and could dock our 30' boat in water in the canal. The host was easy to communicate with and the property is pet friendly. There are no grassy areas on the property so that did take our dog a minute to find a spot, but overall it was a nice stay.“
