„We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.“

„First time visiting Florida. Amanda was a huge help with any questions that I had. The house was extremely clean and very roomy. Not knowing the area the beach was about 20 minutes from our location but we drove up and down the coast plenty of times. Daytona Speedway was not very far from our location I highly recommend the tours. Vacation was great.“

„Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again. “
