„We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again.“

„We absolutely enjoyed our getaway! We didnt want to leave! This house had everything we needed. We did not want to leave. Loved the cabin feel. Sunrises and sunsets were AMAZING! Glad we could enjoy the firepit by the water and then get in the hottub! Great spot to enjoy the winter month! Cant wait to come back! “

„I’m from the area, but now live in ME. My family and I decided to rent in a neighborhood I’m familiar with. The area is great for families, safe, quiet, and close to stores/restaurants, and Flagler Beach. The house was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, showers were great, pool was nice. Also loved the beach chairs/umbrella available as those items are expensive to purchase locally. “
