„The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the city center. Everything was clean, and Alessandra had thought of everything. There was everything you could possibly need. She was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment at the beginning. Overall, we felt very comfortable.“

„Le logement était bien, malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour. Un technicien est passé à l’appartement, nous lui avons dit qu’il y avait une petite fuite et qu’on avait pas d’eau chaude, il s’est seulement occupé de la fuite et n’a même pas regardé pour l’eau chaude. La hôte ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Hormis ça, le logement est bien équipé et spacieux. “

„The apartment is very well located in the old town of Palermo with everything in walking distance. Check-in and communication was great. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not strong enough to cool down the big space so it was very hot at night time and due to the central location we kept waking up from the street noises. All in all we had a good time but the apartment is quite expensive for what you get in the end.“

„La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. “

„Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. “

„Die FeWo liegt im Herzen Palermos, daher sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir als sehr angenehm erlebt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und war gepflegt. Eine fehlende zweite Tasse wurde umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Hilfreich wäre etwas Waschmittel für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine gewesen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Palermo sehr genossen und sind von dieser Stadt begeistert. Gerne kommen wir wieder.“

„Very large flat in quiet, outstanding location in Palermo. Right on the waterfront behind Porta Felice, only a few minutes walk to the city centre.
