„Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice!
However:
We booked a "Luxury"-room...
- the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed
- the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay
- there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature)
- the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you ...
„Lamentablemente, este año el Hotel Casino fue una decepción; ya no corresponde a la categoría de estrellas que tiene. Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas, pero el desayuno ofrecido estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado: las frutas no eran frescas y había muy poca variedad, los panes parecían viejos y había muchas moscas alrededor de los alimentos. El valor de la estadía no corresponde al servicio ofrecido. Definitivamente, no volveré a hospedarme allí.“
