„Very clean, and nicely decorated. However, there's no fans upstairs to circulate the cool air. Whole downstairs is cool, it can get quite hot upstairs. Perfectly as advertised. But the stairs are steep, and can be a challenge for young ones or anyone with mobility issues.“

„I rented this property for my daughter and her husband and 3 daughters 3 years old and under. It was exactly what they needed. My daughter was thrilled and that doesn't happen often. “

„While the host was very quick to reply to my messages, and provide detailed information, the apartment was not as clean as we expected. It seemed as if no one had stayed there for awhile. Also, the comforters didn't looked clean. While this was only a 2 night stay for college visits, we expected more from the pictures and reviews, which emphasized how clean it is. And since there is a no shoe policy, one would expect more.“

„There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 ...
