Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!!“

„The how-to-get-to, and the location of hotel is not much to be desired! No hotel sign from the roadside; very unusual and nerve racking (can you imagine this ss first timer for a female clientele?). Secondly and even though I was given a penthouse upgrade, didn’t know why, the room appeared tucked away in a nondescript side of the building. Later shocked to learn no onsite restaurant! I tried ordering dinner with several, none available menu items, it then took forever. Had to cancel order ...

The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and the service was excellent. The location is also convenient with easy access to nearby shops. I would definitely recommend Kashco to anyone visiting Abuja.“

„The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper. “

„The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10“

„Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff ...
