There was no remote control for the A/C.
One of the downlights was broken.
The safe had to be fixed too (the electric closing mechanic was bad).
Worst: Could not receive Internet (room 412). After trying for 45 minutes, I asked for another router (that they provided).
It takes 15 minutes before warm water starts.
They never smile and delivered a cold welcome.
The only thing I like was the matress, which was very comfortable.“

The room and bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfast might lack a little in respect to variety but was fully adequate in terms of quality. Coffee, tee, orange juice, fruits eggs, toast, meat, potatoes, pancakes…In my view more then enough When consumed things were filled promptly.
The front desk was friendly and I was given a room on the back side of the pool (416) where I heard no noises ...
