„Had a very nice stay. Guards were very friendly. They also had cute cats. And we were very close to the main drag in jaco so tons of shopping and food options and the beach in walking diatance. “

„Das Apartment war nicht nur sauber sondern auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten. Man sollte jedoch nicjt unterschätzen, dass man auf dem Rückweg einen sehr steilen Berg zu Fuß hoch gehen muss. Dies ist eventuell nicht für alle so optimal. Selbst ich der sich als sportlich bezeichnet war danach erstmal aus der Puste. Der Weg zum Strand lohnt sich dann jedoch umsomehr. Einer der schönsten Strände Costa Ricas. Ich würde immer wieder bei Yvette buchen!“

„Cute place, clean. Easy access to dining options. Spacious and had everything we needed. Negatives included the hot tub was not heated and during a heavy rain, there was a leak in the roof near the A/C unit. Overall,would definitely recommend. We did not go to the beach so not sure how beach access was.“

The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!“

„Had a great time staying here with my wife and our family.There was a small on site pool with a slide and some reduced common equipment ( pool, ping pong and two weight machines in the gym), 10 minute walk downhill to a beautiful beach that never got too busy and an amazing view.“

„The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The pools are just amazing and so nice to have as an option other than the beach. Bedrooms were very nice with storage and bathrooms were spacious. The washer and dryer are a big bonus. The views from this condo are breathtaking! There is a restaurant a few steps from the pool exit, and a small convenience store just ourside the main gates and a few doors down. The condo is off the main strip ...

Beverly and Butch are gracious hosts and their place is very comfortable, they have all the things you would need in the kitchen, towels in the bathroom and even a washing machine. The place is very close to the beach and a short walk to the main places in town. We will always return here when we come to Jaco! Thank you both “
