„Personal in der Gastronomie super. Check in sehr hektisch. Der Rezeptionist machte sehr viele Sachen gleichzeitig und wollte einfach nur schnell fertig werden. Sehr gute Cocktails. Insgesamt ist es für den Service und Standard etwas zu teuer.“

„Overall Nice resort close to the AirPort. Came for golf and that was amazing. Beach is not good and area is not great. Resort overall is clean and had alot of options. Vacation club was nicer than hotel and newer “

„Einziger Negativpunkt: Es weist leider ein Wegweiser weder an der Abzweigung von der Hauptstrasse noch an der Schotterstrasse auf das Hotel hin. Es findet sich nirgends eine von aussen sichtbare Beschriftung des Hotels. Man muss sich mühsam durchfragen. Selbst wenn man mit Hilfe der Koordinaten Breitengrad 9.581856, Längengrad -84.594236 im GPS vor dem Hotel steht, vermutet man eher ein Privathaus als ein Hotel hinter dem Gittertor.“

„So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all“

„Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare.
