„The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. „The members of the Morales family were extremely gracious hosts.The facilities were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The included hot breakfast was delicious, served in the upper level breakfast room with inspiring views of the nearby mountains. Guests arriving in their own vehicle should contact the property prior to arrival for assistance with parking.“

„I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, good rooms, and quiet. Safe parking. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into the center of town. It is good that the hotel is a bit outside of the center, so you don't need to hear the permanent honking.“

„Unfortunately they couldn't honour our full booking due to the person in charge having an emergency but let us stay the first night as it was late in the evening. The price was different to what was booked on hotels.com and there wasn't the stated free breakfast. Maybe this was because the person in charge wasn't there. It was very cold due to the building not being fully enclosed. I can't comment on the trips etc which was the main reason we had booked here due to the good reviews.“

„No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. „The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended.“

„Props to the staff. From the reception to the kitchen, all of them were absolutely amazing. Kind and friendly. I won't give the details to avoid people asking for it. But there was a miscommunication issue between myself and the hotel. And they handled it perfectly, making sure that my staying and my tour worked the best way possible.
