„We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!“

„Großes neues Hotel. Leider schwierig zu finden, da die Straße bei Google noch nicht eingezeichnet ist. Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles was auf dem Flur passiert, ebenso das Wasserrauschen aus umliegenden Zimmern. Für unseren Zweck war es ausreichend. Großer Parkplatz vor der Tür.“

„The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. “

„Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. “

„Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.“

The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. Positive: Nice mattress Negative: Everything else... - It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms.
