„The staff was great, location of hotel was great. It snowed a lot and they could have iced the parking lot MUCH better, but other than that the hotel is exactly what you hope for from a chain hotel. Being able to walk through the park into downtown was incredibly convenient and felt like you were in a much bigger town than Saratoga. Thanks!“

„The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.“

Reinigung: lässt zu Wünschen übrig (Popcorn und Co unter dem Sofa, Haare im Badezimmer,…) und auch während Aufenthalt wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht und Tücher gewechselt… mit Kleinkind sehr enttäuschend Essen: Essen im Restaurant war gut aber viel zu teuer… Lärm: nebst der sehr lauten Klimaanlage kan auch ein enormes Geräusch (Brummen) von draussen in den ...
