Finde National First Ladies' Library Hotels

„This was a newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staffers. At the bar and restaurant, delicious and interesting food and drinks were delivered by cool yet professional people. I know the hotel is in the home of the football hall of fame, but there is too much focus on sports. Football is on every television and the hotel’s public spaces look like a man cave.“

„The people above our room were very loud. There is no insulation to buffer the noise. We could hear them talking.“

„All fine and nice food, was a generally good time“

„This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring ...

„The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.“

Mind you we received no discount, credit, or even an apology for the misrepresentation of the property and Expedia. As if that wasn’t bad enough we had NO heat in the ...

„Hotel was great only thing in the room we didn’t like was that the toilet was short and getting up from it was a hassle. They have Dove products in the bathroom which we liked. Also very convenient having a microwave in the room even though there’s a restaurant with a bar inside the hotel. Very nice hotel book it, you won’t be disappointed.“
