„Gutes Hotel mit Shuttleservice ganz in Nähe des Flughafens. Freundlicher schneller Check in. Gutes Frühstück mit Porzellangeschirr und Besteck. Betten waren zwar bequem aber laut. Beim Umdrehen hat man die Federn gehört. Leider wie üblich in allen Hotels hellhörig. Sofa schon etwas durchgesessen. Grösse und Einrichtung des Zimmer gut.“

„Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Baltimore. Die Flughafennähe stört nicht, da die Fenster schalldicht sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Zimmergröße. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend gestaltet. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Der Pool und der Wirlpool waren in Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.“

„Front desk was understaffed when we checked in. Clerk overwhelmed. Took about 15 minutes to get to us. We were told the hotel was full when we checked in with our reservation. The second night there, we returned late from an awards dinner and all parking spaces were full.“

As I understand, this might be a marketing problem, it is also a broken promise. Also the tennis court was already closed, the kids were very disappointed.. staff was very nice though!“
