Ein neu errichteter Komplex zwischen Cable Beach und West Ridge. In einem Viertel von New Providence, nur einen Block von der West Bay Street und 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und den Cable Beach Hotels und Casinos entfernt. Sie können auch den Bus Nr. 10 in die und aus der Innenstadt von Nassau nehmen oder Sie mit anderen Bussen verbinden, wohin Sie möchten.

Das Interieur ist komplett neu, mit Granitoberflächen in Küche und Bad, schönen Porzellanfliesenböden, massiven Kieferntüren, Tablettdecken mit Nischenbeleuchtung im Wohnbereich und einer Küche mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten. Am Ende des Wohnzimmers befindet sich ein Balkon, auf dem Sie draußen sitzen und die bahamaische Brise einfangen können. Wir haben gerade einen Notstromgenerator für den Fall, dass der Strom ausfällt!

Dies ist ein neu erbautes Gebäude zwischen Cable Beach und WestRidge, einem Viertel von New Providence, günstig gelegen, einen Block von der West Bay Street entfernt und 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und allen Cable Beach Hotels, Restaurants und Kasinos entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich etwa fünf Minuten von drei unserer örtlichen Strände und Parks entfernt. Sie können auch den Bus Nr. 10 in die Innenstadt von Nassau oder von einem beliebigen Ort aus nehmen. Zur Weihnachtszeit gibt es das lokale Junkanoo-Festival und in den Sommermonaten von Juni bis August das Goombay-Festival in Arawak Cay. Auf dem Strohmarkt in der Innenstadt gibt es auch verschiedene Kunsthandwerke und lokale Stroharbeiten.

Wohngegend :: Cedar Pine Villas befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit freundlichen Familien. Das Gebiet ist sicher und nachts beleuchtet. Wir befinden uns auch am Ende der Ecke, frei von jeglichen Störungen.

Elrena went over and above in hospitality, giving us a great base for beach visits by bus, taxi and in foot. Super clean house, great value, loved having coffeee outside in the morningings watching birds and lizards.

I wanted a comfortable space (with a pool) with easy access to the fun adventures but also with proximity to tranquil beaches. This place was it! Not only is it super spacious and comfortably furnished but it also leaves no stone unturned for what you’d need in a “home away from home”— including everything you’d need for the beach! Most importantly, all the reviews are spot on about Elrena and her family just being the kindest and most caring and helpful people ever. It was such a blessing that I was hosted by Elrena in her condo on a beautiful vacation to the Bahamas with my 3 year old daughter.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, safe and comfortable. Well equipped for a long stay with full kitchen and private pool. Located in quieter residential area. Although we rented a car and checked out all the public beaches including those in Paradise Island, our favorite was the one closest to the rental. The beach within 5 min walking distance was beautiful and often we were the only ones there. Ask the host for directions on how to access this private spot on Cable Beach The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on beaches, shopping and dining. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Elrena was a lovely host, meeting us at the airport and escorting us to the property. The property was spacious and clean and well setup for our 10 day trip. We rented a car as we wanted flexibility - but there are plenty of areas within walking distance that were accessible from the property such as a few local beaches, restaurants and a grocery store (Super Value). Overall, between the accessibility to Bay St., beaches, restaurants, amenities and the comfort of the home's spaciousness and pool, our family enjoyed our stay immensely. It was all topped off by a wonderful host experience as Elrena provided many suggestions on food and excursions.I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in a safer, quieter neighborhood to explore Elrena's place as it checked all our boxes and provided us flexibility to explore the island as we saw fit without having to travel too far. We had a great time at Elrena's. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. We really liked the pool. Everything was very clean. It's not far to the shops and the bus, but in extreme heat the walk with children can be a bit long. Elrena was very friendly and showed us the most important places so that we could have a nice week. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Villa was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lovely pool; a tropical oasis right outside. The surrounding area is safe and within walking distance to the market, restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed Meze grill for dinner and Gordon's Bay was a beautiful beach. The hosts are superb! Very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this property its absolutely perfect for a Bahamian getaway.

Elrena was a wonderful host. From picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket, showing us nearby beaches and letting us stay an extra night because of a problem with our flight. She made sure there was everything we needed in the property, which was immaculate and very comfortable. She knew it was our son's birthday, so made a birthday banner for him and left cakes and a present for him. She also left numbers for taxis- we used Paula a few times who was very reliable and friendly! The property is in a residential area with a supermarket and restaurants nearby-10/15 min walk (we found a cut through which made it a 5 min walk). The pool area is great to relax around. There is a very small beach on the other side of the main road which we loved as it was deserted! Nassau is very easy to get to by bus -10 or 12b. Thank you again Elrena for being such a wonderful host!

We had a lovely stay at Elrena's home. The property was quiet, well appointed and in a lovely neighborhood in a super convenient location. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop and about 10 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a welcome change after our stay in the hustle and bustle of the Atlantis. Elrena took great care to make sure we arrived safely from the Atlantis to her home. Highly recommend and we can't wait to be back!

Elrena and her husband are amazing hosts! The property is immaculate inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is available. This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the last. Elrena goes above and beyond for each guest. We rented a car this time around and she still met us at the airport so we could follow her back to the property. Then she rode with us to the grocery store to make sure we knew where it was and how to get home. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

It was the perfect place to stay. Very, very kind host and everything was how it was ment to be. A beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool. It gives you privacy. From there it is easy to get to Nassau by car, bus or taxi. Or in the neighbourhood is a Nice Beach. For us it was a little Paradise.

Mrs. Whyms is a superb host. She picked us up from airport, took us to the grocery store. The home is very nice and accommodating for your needs. The swimming pool is very nice. Very comfortable home away from home. I'm happy we stayed here. Walking to the bus line is about 3 blocks or so.

Elrena is not just a VRBO Premier Host, she is a Super Duper Premier Host. We have not met any host as invested in making sure you enjoy your stay in a very beautiful spot. Cedar Pines Villa is exactly as described. It is spotless and well supplied. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your own meals. The pool was refreshing and clean. Lots of information to make your visit even more enjoyable. We did not rent a car and made out just fine. Walked everywhere. Groceries, liquor and bus stop 10 minutes, beach 15 and great restaurants 20. Elrena thanks for being a great host. We really enjoyed our first visit to the Bahamas and we appreciated all the extras that made our visit so special! Cedar Pines is a great place to stay!
