Important Things to Note

• Parking: First-come, first-served street parking only. The home sits on the corner of 11th and Lawrence. There are no assigned spots or driveway/garage parking available.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Pet guidelines: Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home, and please clean up after your pet indoors and out. Additional cleaning or damage may result in extra fees.

• Entry: Keyless entry; your unique code will be provided prior to arrival.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
