"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. We couldn’t open the windows and we had to ask them come and unlock the window for us."

We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. "Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. "I had a great stay at Elite Odenplan. Between 2 stations (metro and commuter train) getting there from Arlanda airport and to places of interest was super-easy. The room was small, but very clean and had everything you need- iron, hair dryer, safe, mini bar etc. The spa services and the gym is the must! Gym is free of charge, but the spa has a surcharge. The facilities are totally worth it though. The surrounding area is lovely, safe and quiet with many places to eat nearby and a lidl just around the corner for basic groceries shopping, water etc. I’d go back again. "
