LimitedTime Special Offer New Vanderbilt Beach Home Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa

Our open concept home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and an oversized great room with tray ceilings, and a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck surrounding the sparking waters of the heated saltwater pool and spa.

Our home is 1.3 miles from Vanderbilt beach. It is less than a mile from Mercato for upscale shopping and dining.

The open-concept living area includes the living room, dining area, and an open kitchen with a large island.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, an island with 4 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice dispenser. The dining room has a large table.
The living area has a large sectional sofa and matching chair, a huge 75' Smart TV with Comcast Cable and Netflix. It also has high tray ceilings and a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck and outside entertaining area.

The exterior living space has a private enclosed saltwater pool with attached spa. The outdoor patio area has a sectional sofa, 4 chaise loungers, a large dining table, and a Weber gas grill. Pool floats and toys are also available.

The house provides 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom features double vanities, bathtub, a luxurious walk-in shower and a separate room for the toilet. The 2nd bathroom is attached to the queen bedroom and has a large walk-in shower. The 3rd bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower.
All bedrooms, have high quality new mattresses. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a 65' Smart TV. The Queen bedroom also has a 50' Smart TV.

The house is equipped with high speed internet/WiFi, USB ports, books, and board games.

Fully equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, and sand toys.

Four Trek bicycles with locks.

No animals allowed due to severe allergy of two family members.

Perfect palace

This home had everything we needed for our week vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and had a shaded area with comfortable outdoor couch and a very large picnic table. When we did cook at home we used the grill outside. The kitchen had all the basics . The beds were very comfortable . The area is a very quiet neighborhood and shopping is very close. Beach access is also in close proximity. There is so much to do in this area and this home was perfect along with the owner who was a great host. Highly recommend!

Short but sweet stay

Let me start this review by saying my family rents vacation homes ALL - THE - TIME and this property is truly exceptional. Supremely comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for, from the heated pool and spa that gets up to temp in no time, to the terrific bedrooms and kitchen. Sadly our trip was cut short thanks to hurricane Milton, but having been to Naples Park before we knew this home was centrally located to everything you'd like to do in this area. The property owners were phenomenal to deal with, from the booking process to assuring we were safe as the storm came marching towards Florida... We would wholeheartedly recommend this home to our family and friends! If there was a way to give this property more than five stars - They'd deserve it. Thanks again for everything and we sure hope to return to your beautiful home in the future.

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home and will 100% book this house again next time we're in Naples. The house is very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of kitchen and beach essentials. The location is amazing. Vanderbilt beach is right down the street and lots of restaurants nearby. It was very convenient that 2 of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached, and there is still another full bath off the kitchen. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay. I did not have any issues during the stay at all.

Incredible Naple’s Venue

This property is stunning, incredibly beautiful, & a fabulous home to rent. We only had 4 adults, but there is plenty of room for more. (& our children & grandchildren wished they were with us). Located in a quiet, peaceful, neighborhood, this home is close to beaches and many restaurants. With a pool, whirlpool, & grill it is also just a great place to hang out. Loved staying there!

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved and enjoyed every second of our stay. The house is so beautiful and spacious. The pool area was perfect for afternoon swims.
