Welcome to a Naples group getaway unlike the typical oversized vacation rental — three complete private homes, booked together under one reservation.

With a total of 12 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 9 king beds, three private saltwater pools, two private spas, three fully equipped kitchens and three separate living spaces, this collection gives large families and groups something difficult to find: the ability to vacation together without having to live on top of one another.



All three homes — Boho on the Canal, Mellow Palm and Ten Eighty — are located on the same peaceful street inside Naples' gated Briarwood community. Everyone stays close. Everyone gets their own space. Every home is private and of the same quality. Every home has its own pool, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and outdoor space.



Planning for a smaller or larger group? The Naples Collection is flexible. You can reserve just 2 homes, or expand your stay for a larger group by adding "Tropical Oaks Estate" and "Surf Chic", for a total of up to 5 homes in close proximity to each other, subject to availability. That means your group can stay in three complete private homes without feeling separated across different parts of Naples.

Please note that this reservation includes three separate homes rather than one 12-bedroom building. That separation is one of the biggest benefits of the experience.
