Membership Information

All rentals require Cypress Woods administrative approval for access to this private gated community.

Required fees:
• One-time $350 application fee per rental
• $100 background check fee per person

Optional golf membership transfer:
• $500 membership transfer fee valid for up to 2 guests regardless of rental length

Guests who choose not to transfer the membership still have access to the 3 Cypress Trace community pools but will not have access to the golf course or club amenities.
