Guests also have the option to add access to the Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa, featuring resort-style pools, restaurants, fitness center, tennis, and social events ($750 transfer fee). Renters can alternatively choose a membership transfer to the Members Club at Marco, which includes: golf privileges at Rookery and Hammock Bay courses, member clubhouse with tennis and bocce courts, active social calendar, JW Marriott resort benefits including beach and pool service, complimentary valet, and dining & spa discounts ($750 transfer fee).

ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.

2026 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
