You are in walking distance to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and USA Today’s “Top 10 Family Friendly Beaches” Vanderbilt Beach, where you can enjoy amazing views of Naples' phenomenal sunsets. You are just minutes from Wiggins State Park, the chic Mercato Shopping Center featuring wonderful dinning and shopping, numerous golf courses, and Downtown Naples on 5th Ave. We know you will fall in love with this charming Naples vacation house, and it will quickly become a place you want to return year after year. It’s perfect for couples, families, solo travelers and business travelers.

Take it easy and spend a tranquil morning around the private tropical pool or get active by golfing or walking to Vanderbilt Beach to enjoy one of the best beaches in Florida. In the afternoon, spend time shopping at Mercato Center or in Downtown Naples on 5th Ave. Finally, decide whether to have dinner from the grill in the backyard oasis or enjoy one of the countless, delicious local restaurants Naples has to offer!

This house is located in a desirable location in the Naples Park community and has been remodeled with today’s designs. The main areas having tile floors throughout while the bedrooms have carpet, the closets are spacious and have plenty of storage, we provide all linens and towels, and we have a fully stocked kitchen. The house offers three bedrooms, three full bathroom and a den; it can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people.

Bedroom 3: One twin bed and one Twin Bunk Bed with a full bath across the hallway.
Den: Full sleeper sofa

In 2022, we remodeled the Master Bathroom and closet as well as the pool and spa. Outdoors we offer a large open-air saltwater pool and attached spa surrounded by a tropical landscaped backyard that will offer you all the privacy you need! You can enjoy many nights cooking in the open kitchen or utilizing the outdoor gas grill before relaxing with your meal in our tropical backyard oasis.

Vanderbilt Beach is recognized as one of the best family beaches in Florida and is less than 1 mile from the house. It is a quick and easy walk to get there or if you prefer to drive there is a public garage just steps to the beach access. Cruiser bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, a cooler as well as a beach umbrella are available for our guests. We provide a variety of baby / kid items as well such as: beach toys, pack & play, double and single jogging stroller, highchair, booster seat, bed rail (for twin bed) and a few indoor toys.

We allow small dogs under 25lbs. on a case-by-case basis. All dogs must be disclosed up front and approved prior to booking. An additional fee of $250 / per dog pet fee will be added on if approved. For month long rentals, the pet rate is $750 / per dog.
