The Space:

Step inside to a spacious, beautifully appointed single level home that feels open, comfortable, and genuinely luxurious. The open concept living area is warm and inviting, with a reclining sectional, a large flatscreen television for streaming, and a dedicated desk area with high speed internet for anyone who needs to stay connected between pool sessions. The updated kitchen is a showpiece with acres of counter space, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a stunning blue tiled breakfast bar where you can serve up anything from morning coffee to evening appetizers. A wine fridge is stocked and ready for that bottle you picked up on the way in. The dining table seats four for indoor meals, with overflow seating for eight outside on the lanai, because in Naples dinner always ends up outside.

The lanai is the soul of this property and one of the finest outdoor setups in all of Naples. A fully enclosed resort style pool sits beneath a canopy of swaying palm trees, private, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by generous deck space for lounging, swimming, and soaking up the Southwest Florida sunshine. The outdoor gas grill is ready for al fresco cooking, the dining table seats eight for long evening meals under the lanai, and the fire table creates the kind of warm, glowing ambiance that makes every night here feel like a special occasion. A wall mounted outdoor television means the evening never has to end.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire home to yourself, including all four bedrooms, three full baths, the open concept living and dining area, the kitchen, and the desk workspace. Outside, you have full use of the enclosed lanai, the private resort style pool, the deck, the outdoor dining table, the gas grill, and the fire table. Two complimentary adult bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet residential Naples neighborhood that feels genuinely private and peaceful. The lanai is fully enclosed and screened, so the pool and deck stay private throughout the day. Naples Beach and the sugar white sand of the Gulf are just eight miles away, close enough for a spontaneous morning at the water and far enough removed that the property stays calm when you return.



Getting Around:

Naples Beach and the Gulf are about eight miles from the front door. Grab the two complimentary adult bikes and explore the neighborhood at your own pace. Downtown Naples and iconic Fifth Avenue South, with world class dining, boutique shopping, and the best of the city social scene, are a short drive away. Mercato restaurants and nightlife are equally close for evenings when you want more energy and variety.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of 32 dollars per day with 48 hours notice, a great option for cooler months. Please request heating in advance so we can have it ready before you arrive.



This is a single level home with no interior stairs.



The pool is fully enclosed and screened. Children should be supervised in the pool and on the deck at all times.



The outdoor grill runs on gas and is ready to use on arrival.



Two adult bikes are provided for guest use.



All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
