• Pool heating: A setting of 80–85°F is included. Actual water temperature may vary with outdoor conditions. Higher heating settings are available for $40 per day.
• Pool fence: A removable mesh pool safety fence with in-ground stakes is provided. Guests are responsible for putting it in place.
• Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Pet rent is $25 per night, per pet, and is not included in the initial reservation price. Please include dogs on your reservation guest totals.
• Golf carts: Rentals and nearby shuttle options are separate services. A golf cart is not included with the home.
• True South Vacations donates a portion of its proceeds to animal rescues.
