„We had an awesome time in PEC this summer. The property was exactly as stated, and even better! Location was excellent - we could walk to small shops/restaurants and to the public beach. Hosts were fantastic ... great communication and always available. And so flexible - we needed to reschedule our boat tour a couple times and they were super-accommodating. „We had a great weekend, the location is in a really good place. The house is like on the pictures so it is really nice place.The parking for the car is not close from the house. There is no air conditioning and can get pretty hot. There is no curtains in the window of the principal bedroom wich offers a nice view but it is not so nice when the sun is rising in the morning.There is no no extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Also not many towels.“

„Monica couldn't have been more lovely to deal with. She was quick to respond to any query and I couldn't believe how well stocked the kitchen was, the fact that we were visiting from ireland meant we didn't want to have to buy olive oil or parchment paper and we didn't as it was already in the kitchen. The house was clean the beds were super comfy and the pool perfect for the kids to play in. The pizza oven was next level. I would definitely recommend.“

„Property is really close to the pavilion and pool as well as park. It’s a nice layout and private as it in the last cottage and to the left is a grassy area. This was our second time staying here and it was very nice. “

We were right in the middle (approx 15 min) to Bloomfield for the rehearsal dinner and took the same time to the wedding venue in Milton—also, walking distance to restaurants, stores, and of course Slickers for ice cream. "Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Picton, zu den Sandbanks sind es ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, was absolut ok ist. Die Anlage verfügt über einen schönen Park, ein nettes Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück und einem Pub, in dem Abends verschiedene Künstler aufgetreten sind. Leider hat die Küche abends schon um 20:30 Uhr geschlossen. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, allerdings roch es etwas unangenehm, was ggf. auf den Teppich, der schon viele Gäste gesehen hat, zurück zu führen ist. Es könnte aber auch an der veralteten Klimaanlage gelegen haben. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Waschbecken befand sich unter einer Schrägen, für Menschen, die größer sind als 1,85 m etwas schwierig 😉…für unsere Größe aber kein Problem. Das Frühstück und der Service waren gut, für jeden Gast wurde nach Wunsch eine warme Speise frisch zubereitet. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen. "

"Unterkunft und Zimmer gut, der Frühstücksraum war aber leider im Keller ohne Fenster und sehr klein, das war nicht sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück an sich war auch eher schlecht an der Auswahl. Die Zimmertüre war schlecht isoliert und nicht ebenerdig sodass viel Licht und Geräusche (Aufzug die ganze Nacht zb.) ins Zimmer kamen, ebenso gibt es noch eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer aus dem man auch alles hören konnte, sowas ist leider auch weniger schön. "
