„We've stayed in many Kindness Hotels before, but it was the first time to try out the one in Taitung. Immediately on arrival, we were surprised by the great service - being greeted with an umbrella at the taxi, this kind of service is unusual for the brand. Generally everbody in the hotel was super hospitable and tried everything to make our stay perfect (unfortunately it was only for one night). “

„Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Sehr schöne große und moderne Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Kostenlose Waschmaschinen stehen im Hotel zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliches Personal.“

„We loved our stay! Our room was spacious! The yard is amazing! We enjoyed breakfast outdoors on the patio! Breakfast was plenty! Villa does not use chemical pesticides and being so close to nature we did have to deal with some insects come in. Small price to pay.“

„good hotel for families with small kids. When we were there the pool was closed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was very mediocre. “

„I can’t believe this place only cost $26 USD!! It was easy to do self check in. The room was big, comfy bed, clean large shower. We didn’t use the microwave or hot water station n the common area but they were nice touches. It was less than 10 minutes walking from the train station on a flat well-lit street. Clean, safe, convenient, and cheap.“

„A+++“

„Very friendly staff!“

„Friendly staff at arrival. Breakfast staff also very nice. Room was great. Had good sleep Will choose this hotel again when I come back to Taitung“
