Welcome to Cooper's Cottage in tranquil Tom Nevers. Enjoy our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house with central a/c, brand new heated pool with spa, large deck with BBQ and a large front yard. Across the street, our neighborhood association has two tennis/pickle ball courts for your use. Bring your racquets and balls!

Three of the bedrooms (Master Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds) are in main house along with an additional full bath. Walk across the deck to the studio fourth bedroom (queen bed) and small full bathroom. Perfect for in-laws, nannies or anyone else looking for a little separation.

The kitchen is light and bright and the family room is comfortable with a 55 inch wall mounted smart tv and wireless internet. Large deck with seating and propane BBQ grill. Take a stroll on the widow's walk where you can see distant views of Sankaty Lighthouse and the ocean!

There is ample room for parking in the driveway, an outdoor shower on the deck and lawn games (horse shoes and croquet) to enjoy in the yard. The heated saltwater pool and spa has a retractable cover for child safety. We ask that you keep the pool covered at night to help retain the heat. We have two pool floats and 4 pool noodles for your use in the pool. We also provide 8 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and plenty of beach towels.

The house is an easy 1.2 mile bike ride to Tom Nevers Beach. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the NRTA shuttle (stop right at the end of the road) to take you anywhere on the island! And only a 10 min bike ride to the picturesque village of ‘Sconset.

Due to allergies, there are NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Must sign liability waiver for pool and Widows Walk before getting code. Saturday to Saturday rental until Sept 14th. Then a two night minimum.
