The apartment is located on the sixth floor (with lift) of a cosy and secure building (remote-controlled electric gate and vigik badge). Entirely renovated in 2019, the apartment is bright, comfortable and very pleasant to live in. It has a secure parking space within the condominium.

With a surface area of 46 m², it is arranged as follows :
-a kitchen, very well equipped, which will allow you to concoct your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
-separate toilet.
-a living room which includes a table for 4 people and a lounge area with TV, wifi access and a convertible sofa (140X200).
-a room with a double bed (140X200) and a chest of drawers for your belongings.
-a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. We also provide a clothes line, an ironing board and an iron.
-a reserved parking space in the condominium.

The accommodation Le Beau Mont is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
Located near the superb Parc de Procé, you can enjoy the century-old trees and the pretty river that runs through the park, the Chézine. Several shops are available : grocery store, bakery, wine shop, restaurants...
To reach the town centre, you just have to take the bus C6 stop "Doumer" to the stop "Saint Nicolas" (about 15 min of journey). You will be able to discover the main monuments of Nantes : the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the places Royale and Graslin ect...
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles, the "Bicloos", the station "Procé" is 3 min away from the apartment.
To go to the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the city centre, stop "Commerce". It takes about 20 minutes to get there.
For the train station, also go to "Commerce", take tram line 1 and stop at "Gare Nord".
