"Schönes Hotel mit Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss. Der Lobby Bereich ist etwas zu klein mit den vielen Hästen & Bäckereikunden. Die Luft dadurch etwas stickig. Die Rooftopbar sicher ein Highlight im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Personal korrekt & hilfsbereit. Die Herzlichkeit, wie in den anderen Hotels in Japan erlebt, fehlte hier."

The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options every morning. I enjoyed it so much that I honestly wish I could have stayed in Kyoto a little longer. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience."

"Das Zweibettzimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es war ruhig und die Fenster konnte man super abdunkeln. In der Lobby konnte man (außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten) mitgebrachtes Essen verzehren, es gab sogar eine Mikrowelle um sich Bento-Boxen aus den Supermärkten zu erwärmen. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Waschmaschinen. Es gab für das gesamte Hotel nur 4 Maschinen, verteilt auf 2 Etagen, die fast durchgängig besetzt waren. Es gab zwar eine Seite, auf der man sehen konnte, welche Maschine gerade frei ist, allerdings hat sie zu unsere Zeit immer falsche Informationen geliefert. 3kg Wäsche konnte man problemlos in 120 Minuten waschen und trocknen. Für mehr Wäsche (ca. 6kg) war die Trockenleistung zu schwach. Das Waschen hat 35 Minuten gedauert aber nach einer Stunde im Trockenprogramm war sie immer noch nicht trocken. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen, da wir hier endlich mal angenehm schlafen konnte."
