"Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage, etwa 5 Gehminuten nördlich und 5 Gehminuten südlich liegen 2 U-Bahn Stationen. Zu Fuß geht man etwa 20-25min nach Myeongdong. Das Personal kann Englisch & konnte mir meine wenigen Fragen beantworten. Das Hotel ist sauber, ebenso das Zimmer, welches doch relativ klein ist, es gibt keinen Schrank aber eine Ablagefläche - ich habe als Einzelperson kein Problem gehabt 2 Wochen „aus dem Koffer“ zu leben. Die Reinigungskraft habe ich alle 3 Tage kommen lassen, auch hier gibt es nichts zu beklagen. Der Fitnessraum ist relativ klein & hat keine besonders große Geräteauswahl, jedoch gibt es jede Menge Freihanteln - also alles perfekt! Einzigen Abzug gibt es wegen Klima & Decke - das war eine sehr dicke Winterdecke (viel zu warm), aber die Klima hat bei Benutzung alle 30min für etwa 5min geöffnet und war extrem kalt, entsprechend wurde die Decke benötigt aber es war immer ein Kampf zwischen zu heiß und zu kalt. Restaurant, Wäscheraum, Gesellschaftsräume wurden nicht benutzt & die Dachterrasse war gesperrt. Bei der nächsten Reise würde ich aufgrund der Lage und Einfachheit wieder kommen."

The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

"If you book the room on the river side you will have the "wow-effect" you are looking for. Even from the Lobby the view is stunning. The personal do everything for you, nothing to complain about. Of course in such an hotel where the demand is high with so many rooms it could be crowded and sometimes unpleasant during the breakfast time and at the pool, but this is how it is, they do there best to satisfy the client and this is also why people are going there. The Room-Service was very efficient and pleasant, the pool service and the Concierge too. Great job to all the staff. "
