Each room has a color theme with painted accent murals throughout making it a fun and unique stay. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room areas with 65" Smart TV is perfect for gathering with friends and family for sports or movies. The bonus room has a Smart TV, pullout couch with Queen size mattress, and Pacman arcade game. The fully fenced backyard and large grassy park with basketball court across the street from the home makes it perfect for kids or dogs. This home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood but located minutes away from St. Luke's Nampa Hospital, the Treasure Valley Marketplace with lots of shopping and restaurant options, and Edwards Cinemas.

Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
