„We were very disappointed with our stay. We were astonished that in a hotel that also welcomes international guests, no one spoke English. The check-in process was unprofessional. Furthermore, we weren't informed that dinner reservations were required. When we wanted to eat, there was neither space nor food available – we ended up having to buy food in Lawson. This is absolutely unacceptable for us at this price point. We had expected significantly more and unfortunately cannot recommend this ...

„Very Clean! Loved it there, i was Hiking most of my time and when i came back the Onsen was one of my favorites! I liked that they have a Game hall and the Lounge was wonderful as well! I would and want to come again!“

„Top Lage zu den Seilbahnen. Angenehmer Schwefelonsen.

„We booked a western style room with shared bathroom ( we didn’t noticed it at time of booking). Once we checked in we realized it was shared bathroom . We tried to find it on the floor and couldn’t find it so we asked the staff. The shared showers are the showers from the onset. At first we were really not happy about it but once we tried it, we really enjoyed it and looked f“
