„Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel, das herrlich gelegen ist. Der Service ist unübertreffbar. Das Essen ist gut, die kleinen Zimmer sind sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Der einzige kritische Punkt richtet sich an hotels.com, die bei der Buchung nicht deutlich machen, dass man neben dem recht hohen Preis für das Hotel 60 US$ Eintritt für den Park zahlen muss. „Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. „L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. „This resort is not finished and not fully operational. The main building and pool are under construction and not looking like they will be open any time soon. We were the only guests at the resort (which was terrifying), so, they had very limited food items and a very small staff. We were handed a menu, but they had none of the items on the menu. „Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money“

"Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander. Der Empfang war herzlich und schnell, der Service ausgezeichnet – sogar unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, viel Trinkwasser in den Zimmern und alles hat perfekt funktioniert inklusive Netflix ☺️. Das Essen war immer frisch und lecker, sogar eine Lunchbox wurde uns auf Anfrage vorbereitet. Besonders einzigartig: Frühstück mit Zebras im Garten, dazu Waterbucks, Affen – einfach unvergesslich! Die Extra-Kosten, z. B. für Massagen, waren absolut fair. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde nochmal kommen. Top empfehlenswert! "
