"We thoroughly enjoyed the room (Collection) – it was fantastic. The gym was also excellent, offering everything you could possibly need and more. The spa area was delightful as well. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a separate sauna next to the female locker room showers. We had breakfast, and it was superb – something for everyone. The buffet was abundant, and the à la carte dishes were beautifully composed and delicious. We also enjoyed a memorable dinner at the rooftop restaurant ISSEI. It was truly an outstanding experience! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!"

"Die Lage des Hotels am Rande der Altstadt ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Rothermann-Quartier gleich um die Ecke, insofern ist es nicht von Nachteil, dass das Hotel keine Abendessen anbietet. Das benachbarte MetropolSpa-Hotel hat ein Restaurant. Frühstück sehr gut, lediglich für ein süßes Frühstück war nur eine Sorte Marmelade da, ansonsten aber eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Trotzdem haben wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge - die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer könnten größer sein - für sicherlich oft gestellte Anfragen sollten die Rezeption vorbereitet sein. Das ging uns so bei der Frage nach dem Weg zum Flughafen mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr, hier musste die Kollegin erst im Internet nachschauen."
