„THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide“

„Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating“

„Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst.“

„It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival. Since we travelled ...
