The fully equipped luxury modular kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with modern appliances and ample space to prepare delicious meals which can be served at customized imported table at the large dining room at the ground floor.

Kitchen is equipped with India's top brand appliances Faber Inbuilt Hob & Chimney with cooking gas, 700 liters Refrigerator, Microwave , Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle , Induction cooker, Rice cooker, RO Smith under the sink RO/UV water purifier.

Each of our five tastefully decorated bedrooms features its own en-suite luxury Italian collection bathroom with hair dyer & magnifying mirror , ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned with premium world class Diakin 1.5 ton ACs .

All bathrooms equipped with 20 liters branded geyser additional to the 300 liter solar-panel heated tank . With both Geyser and solar heater you have super hot water available 24 hours. To make your bath more pleasurable we have installed imported pressure pumps which gives you the best enjoyable bath by over head rain showers at all bathrooms .

At EARTH villa , guests have the freedom to make themselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and spaces provided. Whether it's lounging by the sit out or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or unwinding in the cozy living room, guests will have a comfortable and memorable stay .

The guest has access to entire property. Villa will be exclusive for you and your family once booked . Bedrooms of your choice can be taken depending on number of guest booking .

'EARTH' is a perfect holiday destination amidst authentic restaurants. One can also enjoy the delicious, continental and Chinese food right next to the villa within 100 meters radius The Coastal King and a vegetarian restaurant 200 meter away Mylari .

Villa is located in residential area with easy access to vegetables and grocery stores, restaurants, milk-booth, drugstores, street food, bank/ATM, Petrol bunk, Hospital and a park. Also, easily accessible by private transport and close to public transport.

'EARTH' has its own in house parking can comfortably park three big vehicles , guests with drivers can use exclusive bathroom at the terrace but we don't have separate room for drivers . Most guest visiting with hired cab drivers sleep in the car and use the separate bathroom for them at the rooftop .

'EARTH' Villa being built in slop site has three floors ground , mezzanine & First floor. All have to climb up or down eight steps to reach ground or first floor. Ground floor has two Bedroom , Dining hall , Kitchen, Work Area & Sit out. At mezzanine we have a large living room and at the first floor three bedrooms, family room and Sit out . Steps are all very convenient but elderly guest having difficulty in climbing steps have to take a note of it .

Being residential area - No Parties , Loud Music allowed at Villa.

We have caretaker who takes care of the property , he will be available during your check in and check out he will also be available anytime when you require his service, he stays in the next street who will be in touch with you for any help any time .
Housekeeping person visit between 10 am to 1 pm daily they will take care to clean the entire house. Kitchen utensils if used need to be cleaned by guest , if you have more used utensils to be cleaned you can also request the housekeeping person to clean it by giving them some normal tips .
