The space
Awesome 4th floor unit...One of the rarest units in Sand dunes... The 30 stack unit gets wider as you enter the living room and is the only unit that doubles in size as it has beautiful floor to ceiling glass, a large bathroom and a large balcony.

The large oceanfront outdoor pool, lazy river, and oceanfront pool area with loungers are all included, along with the second floor indoor pool and hot tubs. *Please note the ocean boulevard side (front)water park/fun zone is not not included with any private rentals*

Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple restaurants onsite(pizza, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and more, river city cafe burgers and Salt and lime oceanfront bar and grill), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor lounging area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of restaurants within 1 mile

1) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

3) Check out 10am

4).Parking Passes are included which is free. . Approx 8 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private rentals do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 4 sets

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
