The Space:

The sound of waves drifts in through floor-to-ceiling glass as daylight stretches across the Atlantic. From high above the shoreline, you watch the ocean shift colors while the city hums softly behind you. Whether you start the day with coffee on the balcony or wind down after sunset with the water as your backdrop, the rhythm here is unhurried and grounding.



The space

Set on the 16th floor of Oceans One Resort, this entire condo places you right on the beachfront with sweeping ocean, beach, pool, resort, and city skyline views. Glass walls fill the living space with natural light, creating an open feel that stays connected to the scenery outside. A private balcony extends the living area outdoors, offering a front-row seat to the shoreline below.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests across two private bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living area. The main bedroom features a king bed positioned to take in ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub designed for relaxing after a day by the water. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and convenient access to a full bathroom, while a sofa bed in the living area accommodates extra guests.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or sharing dinner as the light fades over the ocean. The dining area sits within the open living space, keeping everyone connected while still enjoying the views.



Comfort and essentials

Inside, you will find air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a TV for downtime. An in-unit washer and dryer, bedroom and bathroom essentials, and thoughtful home safety features add convenience throughout your stay. An elevator provides easy access to the unit.



Outdoor living and resort access

Beyond the condo, resort access opens up shared amenities including pools, a hot tub, and direct beachfront access just steps away. Outdoor spaces such as patios, balconies, and resort grounds invite time outside, whether you are returning from the beach or simply taking in the sea air.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
