Summary:
This hard to find 4 bedroom oceanfront condo is THE BEST VALUE ON THE BEACH! This condo offers all the amenities like no others, with nearly 1800 sf of space , is ideal for larger families. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom as well as private ocean front balcony. One of the other bedrooms have 2 queen beds in bedroom the other bedroom has 2 full size beds and they share a hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king size beds and private bathroom and balcony with side ocean view . The fourth bedroom also has its own private entrance (perfect for grand parents ) . The unit has all the items you would need to have the perfect vacation. The views from our private balcony can’t be beat – enjoy oceanfront relaxation while nursing your toes in the sand or take a nap by the poolside before diving into that cool water on a scorching summer day (we know we do). With its beautiful beaches and magnificent pools, Grand Atlantic Resort is the ultimate getaway any time of year! The year round amenities from the game room, fitness room to the indoor heated pool and indoor heated kiddie pool makes this unit at the Grand Atlantic the perfect location.

Good overall

The location to pick up the keys was easily located. The rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. We reported a problem with the balcony door not opening within the first hour. The next day, a repairman was there to fix it. We also had a problem with the bedroom door at the end of the hall. (I'd been locked in for a bit.) He checked that out, also. The building has a lot of pot smoking on the balconies and in the elevators. The lazy river didn't run, and the hot tub was never above lukewarm. The inside pool water was cloudy. The outside pool was nice. The air was cool and the water was warm, so we were in it quite a bit.

The condo was wonderful with plenty of extras in the kitchen and "beach" closet to make it feel like home. Communication with the Dawn was flawless. The property in general was quite the party scene on the weekend with a few things inappropriate for children.

Amazing stay with my large family!

12 of us (parents and kids) stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The condo is huge, decorated beautifully, and has the best ocean view. The room was very clean upon arrival, and the communication with the property manager was excellent! Thank you for an amazing getaway!

Wonderful place, great location!

We had an awesome vacation and loved this place! We had 3 different families totaling 11 people stay here, and had plenty of room. We had an amazing ocean view! Quick access to the beach. The hotel had a couple heated pools our kids loved. I would definitely recommend this condo and if I come back to Myrtle Brach, will rent again!! Thanks for everything!

Great for a girls trip to Myrtle Beach! As long as you know what you are getting into when you plan a stay to Myrtle Beach, this is a good place to stay! Unit was easy to access from the elevator and had beautiful views and was a great size!

Awesome place..pictures don't do it justice

Direct ocean front. Very large and perfect for families. Great amenities and much nicer than pictures as furniture is now all brand new. Great location and could walk to wherever we needed. Renata the property manager was absolutely fantastic.
