Diese neu renovierte (2018) familienorientierte, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Waschküche Wohnung mit Pool, befindet sich in North Central Myrtle Beach.
Genießen Sie den fantastischen Blick auf die sanften Wellen des Ozeans, während Sie Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee in dieser Wohnung im dritten Stock trinken.
Die Aussicht ist fantastisch; Sie können kilometerweit die Küste hinauf und hinunter sehen.
Der große Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie müssen weder Ihre eigenen Stühle noch Ihren eigenen Regenschirm mitbringen. Sie werden zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit in unserem Lagerraum im Erdgeschoss geliefert.
Wir haben überdachte Parkplätze zugewiesen.
Diese schön eingerichtete Wohnung für 6 Personen verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Schlafsofa.
Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit (keine Notwendigkeit, zu einem Waschsalon zu reisen).
Es gibt Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie in beiden Schlafzimmern.
Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von Lebensmittelgeschäften, Outlets, Golfplätzen, Restaurants (mehrere zu Fuß erreichbar) und Unterhaltungsangeboten entfernt.

Great property and location!

This property was a great fit for our family. Exactly as advertised. Right in the middle between Myrtle beach and North Myrtle. We have young kids so they enjoyed the amusement parks (both within short driving distance) and the pool. Loved the oceanfront views from the balcony. Felt like the perfect beach home stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this lovely property! The condo was beautiful, well appointed, clean, and the view was to die for!!! The downstairs shed for storing sandy chairs and boogie boards was a real bonus, and helped to keep the condo so much cleaner and sand-free! The location was perfect. It was only about a ten minute drive in any direction to get to all of the major attractions. The Malecki family was very responsive to our concerns…we had a power issue while we were there, and they had an electrician come in and take care of the issue as quickly as possible. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the air conditioner in the twin room needs to be cleaned or replaced…the room was very musty and moldy smelling. I tried using my travel essential oil diffuser, and even that could not eliminate the smell. Overall though, we really enjoyed our time at this condo and hope to book it again for next year. Thank you again to the Malecki family for sharing your beautiful property with us, and for being such amazing hosts!!

Beautiful Ocean View

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as all kitchen items you will need to enjoy your meals. The master bedroom and deck provide endless views of the ocean and beach. The beach is only a 30 second walk from the condo and you are provided with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. This is a huge plus because most places charge for beach accessories. Carol was great to work with and responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question.

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Steps are a challenge, but not too bad. Parking a little bit of an issue. Other renters use overflow parking and that leaves no parking if you have more than one vehicle.

Great condo, exactly as described

We enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. The condo was clean, in a great location, and perfectly fit our family's needs. At the condo you have a beautiful view of the sunrise and the beach. We appreciated the ground floor closet to store beach toys, etc. so sand stayed out of the condo. The location couldn't be beat. There were several grocery stores nearby, which were perfect because we cooked a few nights during our stay. The condo is also walking distance to a Starbucks, what more could you ask for!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean and had everything you would need. The best part is the location right on the beach. Sitting on the balcony makes you feel as if you are right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting there in the morning and evening. We found a great restaurant not too far away, Hook and Barrel.

Lovely, Quiet, and Conveniently Located!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties in the US and abroad, and I have never stayed in one so beautifully appointed. This condo has been really well-maintained; it is well-decorated, comfortable, conveniently located between North Myrtle and the boardwalk area, spacious, and best of all, right on the beach with a balcony. You'll have the nest of both worlds: close enough to the "action" but the location is quiet--and there is protected parking. The location is easy to get to and perfect for daytrips to the state parks, Brookgreen Gardens, and Georgetown. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores, this condo is a perfect getaway spot for a solo getaway, a small family, a girlfriends' trip, or a couple. The kitchen is fabulous and has everything needed to cook meals. The pictures online are excellent, but the condo is even better in person. The owners, Carol and Mike, attended immediately to a small maintenance problem and were easy to contact. They were great! A minor downside is that it is on the third floor, so be prepared to carry things up and get your steps in. I'm no spring chicken, but didn't find that to be a problem--and the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely worth it from the balcony. This is a place you won't want to leave! I plan to go back!

Amazing!

First, the view is the best you can get! Carol was very helpful, and thorough. The place is clean, and well decorated. The biggest issue is all the stairs but it’s only a week, and the view is worth it. Spent most of my time on the balcony. Will definitely go back!

Fabulous Rental

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. Mike and Carol's condo is absolutely top-notch. It was wonderfully decorated; the kitchen was greatly equipped, and everything was absolutely spotless! We highly recommend Mike and Carol. Carol called while we were there just to ensure we felt safe and were comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely be going back next year!
