Each home has 5 bedrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, large family room for watching TV or playing games, & private washer & dryer. Ocean and pool views can be seen from one of many spacious covered porches. Beach access is conveniently located across the street.

This property features two elevators (one in each house,) and $400 has been added to the weekly rate as a fee for their use. While we will make every effort to ensure their operation during your stay, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally make that impossible. Should either elevator be rendered inoperable during your stay, any refund will be limited to the aforementioned $400 amount, and we cannot move you to another property.
