* 1 queen bed and pullout sofa in the living room.



Guest Access:

*Free parking on property with parking pass only. (Parking pass will wait for you at the apartment).

*No mailbox for this location.

*Free\open WiFi and cable TV

*Coin operated laundry room available



Other Things to Note:

*Parking pass required (only one provide, must be returned back to the room after checkout)

*Please review my house rules.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
