A wet bar, full bathroom, and a private balcony with courtyard views are also included. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests love having the sofa where they can relax and enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV! The wet bar area includes a sink, cabinet space, a microwave and a mini fridge! In addition, we've also installed a full size fridge!

This condo was completely updated November 2019 with new tile flooring, fresh paint, new decor, all new furnishings, brand new mattress and sleeper sofa, new 55 inch Smart TV, new storage bed with LED lights, new full size fridge, new table and chairs, and so much more! This updated rental is one-of-a-kind and is perfect for 2-4 guests.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
