Located on the second floor with convenient elevator access, this condo features a private balcony overlooking the lake — the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Guests enjoy access to 7 community pools throughout Magnolia Pointe, as well as scenic walking paths around the property. The HOA provides 8 pool passes per reservation.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome (1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must pick up after their pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

Primary renter must be 23 years or older. No parties or events. No smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours and community rules are enforced per Magnolia Pointe HOA guidelines. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
