The location is maybe 3 miles from the Myrtle beach` strip` and Boardwalk and only a short blocks to a Food Lion grocery store, a CVS grocery store, some other shops and restaurants. The popular Broadway at the Beach-- with shops, amusement rides, restaurants, Bars, music, etc--- is also less than a 5 minute drive away. We will ensure your smooth check-in with smart lock entry code and CLEAN place for your well deserved vacation!!

Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed in the community, will be towed.
*POOL use: MISSING pool fabs will be charged $100/each, pool bands: $50/each.
*House rules violation ( pet, any kind of smoking, event) is subject to $250 fine/extra cleaning cost and will be removed from the property.
*No refund due to pool maintenance, we have several pools in the neighborhood you can use. There’re 2 pool key fobs provided, missing or lost will be fined $100/each by HOA, please make sure to return those.
*Please clean dishes you used and take trash out during your stay.
* Must be Clean and Respectful guest and treat it like your own. We appreciate you.
