The space features one cozy bedroom with a king bed and a welcoming living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this serene retreat offers a peaceful place to recharge. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We recently purchased this unit and completely renovated it. We have been hosting guests in Myrtle Beach for 4 years and have an excellent review history on our other unit on the 7th floor that is directly above this one - For more info on the other unit go to vrbo.com/3141854 - Both units have the same layout.

This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with new floors, paint, appliances, faucets and furniture. Located on the 6th floor, this corner end unit has amazing views and direct beach access literally just steps right out the back of the building. The extra windows that come along with the end units allows sunshine to pour in and keep the unit nice & bright. New Quartz countertop & backsplash will be installed in the kitchen as well as new quartz countertop in the bathroom along with a vessel sink in November 2026. New pics will be added upon completion.

The galley kitchen has a full size fridge, cooktop, microwave/convection oven/air-fryer, dishwasher, toaster and dual brew coffee maker as well as everything else you need to prepare snacks and meals. New Quartz Countertop and backsplash will be installed in November of 2026.

The cozy living room features floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful ocean views and also access your oceanfront lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa allowing for a total accommodations up to 4 guests maximum.

After a day of exploring the area, fantastic beaches or a night out at one of the many nearby area restaurants or attractions you can relax in your spacious king suite that features a comfortable king size bed and Roku TV where you can sign in to your own streaming accounts or watch the many available channels.

As a guest you have access to all that the Palms has to offer. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a grassy area with lounge chairs and tables for relaxing and sunbathing. Also available for your convenience is an onsite fitness room and coin or mobile app operated washers and dryers.

Our unit is located in a walkable, and a bit quieter, area than some areas further down the beach to the south. It is still within walking distance to the main attractions, shops and restaurants but a little less congested. There is a Starbucks within 4 blocks in either direction on Ocean Blvd and many great restaurants all within 1 mile walking distance. We are also conveniently located just a few blocks from the Convention Center.

This is a NON-Smoking resort. NO smoking of any kind including vaping and smoking weed. Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted anywhere on the property, This includes in the unit, on the balcony, or in the pool areas. Reports of smoking will lead to guests being asked to leave and No refunds will be given. Guests will be responsible for all costs associated with the HOA fines, odor removal, and /or damages. Even though this is a Non-Smoking resort, unfortunately we cannot control the activities of other renters in the units.

Upon check-in you will find a STARTER PACK of toiletries and paper products. You will need to provide your own when these items run out. A starter pack consists of 1 roll each of toilet paper and paper towel, a small shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a kitchen towel.

This unit is privately owned and rented through this site and is not affiliated with any on-site rental program. Staff at the front desk in the lobby of the Palm's North tower are unable to provide any assistance. You should contact the host or follow any contact information provided to you in the unit.

***Notice**** The Ocean Outfall Project that has been underway for the past 18 months is almost complete but will be on-going through January 2027. It consists of a temporary pier that was built to install the stormwater pipes under the sand out in the ocean that allows runoff water from the area to be transported 1500' out into the ocean which will result in a cleaner beach. The work is being performed on the property adjacent to ours. You can still enjoy and walk the beautiful beach and many guests have commented that they enjoyed watching the cranes work. This is one of those things that is beyond my control but we are very happy that it is underway and almost complete because it ensures the future beauty of Myrtle Beach beaches.
