Breathtaking Views, Beautiful 5-bedroom Oceanfront Condo

Absolutely beautiful 5 BR/4B Oceanfront Luxury Condo, with a huge balcony, media Rm, 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens, this is a perfect rental for large families, multi family or friends get away!
This beauty is located in Ocean Blue Resort, unit 601, located near 27th Avenue on South Ocean Boulevard at the southern end of Myrtle Beach. This cozy retreat is furnished with high-end elegant furniture and artwork from the one and only Charleston artist, Gordon Wheeler! The condo is spacious and comfortable with floor-to-ceiling windows you can view the breathtaking sunrises and have an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean.

This is an owner managed condo and we take pride in the presentation of our condo. We're here for our guests and want your stay at our condo to be a memorable one. We have a spectacular cleaning staff and our condo is one of the cleanest and freshest condo's you'll find.

At Ocean Blue only three condos are on each floor serviced by two elevators. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom end unit is 2,850 square feet and extends the length of the building from the beach to the street. There is a 350 square-feet ocean front balcony to watch the sunrise and a second Ocean Drive balcony to watch the sunset.

Condo also includes cable, WIFI, beach towels, hair dryers, traditional and k-cup coffee makers, Mr. Coffee maker and starter paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Ocean Blue amenities include a heated indoor pool, lazy river with tubes, hot tub, and an outdoor pool with sunning area with reclining lounge chairs, and a boardwalk to the beach with two showers. Convenient to Market Commons (shopping, dining, and movie theater), Downwind Sails Watersports (banana boat rides, parasailing and jet ski rentals), helicopter rides, Broadway at the Beach, and downtown Myrtle Beach.

The condo was spectacular- and the best equipped condo that we have ever rented. Everything was provided even beach towels and sun screen. It was beautiful. Our only glitch was parking - we had 3 large SUV’s and the parking spaces are tight. But once again the condo was wonderful!

This condo is lovely and well kept. The only thing I would change is take away 1 bedroom of bunk beds and put in a queen bed for families with older children who bring spouses. The maintenance man at the property was amazing and always just keeping the property spotless!

Family Vacation

Paula & Gordon have a lovely home and go over and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need! The pictures do not deceive…they are spot on…what you see is what you get!!! The communication before, during and after was outstanding! The building is lovely and well-maintained as are the facilities and beach access. Our only (semi) complaint is with the parking. Our group of 12 arrived in 3 SUVs and a sedan. We had to park 2 vehicles next door which cost nearly $90 per vehicle for the week. Paula prepared us for this and we really appreciated that….again, excellent communication! The parking spots on-site are really small, but that seems to be the case everywhere in MB. Would highly recommend!!!

Everything was great at this beautiful, art filled, and large condo. The condo had 5 bedrooms, a media room, large beach-facing deck, and an awesome kitchen. The owners were very nice, on vacation themselves the week we were in Myrtle Beach. One television did not have a remote so we chose not to bother the owners on vacation with that little problem. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway for a large group

This property is a hidden gem with an exquisite view and outstanding hospitality. This condo has the perfect layout for a multi-family vacation offering large gathering spaces with plenty of private areas to hide away for a quiet moment. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable and stylish. The kitchen was perfect for feeding a crowd and hungry kids. But the impeccable hospitality from the owners was unmatched. Paula helped us facilitate medical supply delivery during our stay which was literally life-saving. We loved our stay at the condo! It was roomy and clean. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice pool and direct access to the beach. We had plenty of space for our group of ten. Perfect Family Get Away!

We were on a multi-generation family vacation and this place was perfect! The bedrooms were in the back of the unit which was perfect for our young children! The view from the balcony was spectacular! Being right on the beach with a pool available made it easy to enjoy the benefits of beachfront living. Paula is very accommodating and helpful. The garage was a little tight for today's big cars but we made it work. We rented chairs and umbrellas every day which worked out well. Highly recommended this property!!!

Wilmington Widows Beach Trip

We truly enjoyed the condo. Paula, was very easy to contact and very quick to reply making the booking and stay worry free. The surprise present, a painting by the owner Gordon Wheeler was unexpected and much appreciated. The photos do not do the condo justice - it is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, comfortable enough for us to be together for chats and playing board games, and large enough for us to spread out for personal time. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing Condo in a Perfect Location

We just got back home from our family vacation to Myrtle Beach, and our stay in this condo was perfect. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. The entire place is just like it looks in the pictures. Also, the location is so perfect for folks looking to get out of the busy downtown area in Myrtle Beach. The walk from our condo to the pools to the beach was so convenient. And the communication from Paula was amazing throughout the process. She was such a thoughtful property manager, and we loved the gift she and her husband left for us upon check-in. Again, just absolutely amazing, and you can't go wrong with this place!

Paula and Gordon were wonderful hosts!! We had excellent communication in regards to our upcoming stay, as well as wonderful conversations while staying at their condo. 2023 Family Vacation

I have stayed at Ocean Blue before, but not a nice as 601. You can tell the owners re-invest in the Condo. Very nice, with shutters instead of drapes, the furniture is really nice, and very large TV. I had grandkids from the age of 22-12 and they completely enjoyed the Media room. The balcony with the furniture, was my favorite place besides the beach. Thank you Gordon and Paula for a great experience and the beautiful artwork.
